WSVN Alum Becomes WHDH GM
Randi Goldklank was named the new WHDH General Manger after long-time GM Mike Carson announced he’s leaving in July of next year.
At 38, Goldklank will be the youngest station GM in the area.
Currently she’s the director of sales at WHDH and has worked at WSVN before moving to Boston. One interesting tid bit from the Boston Herald:
Goldklank’s youth could come in handy in figuring out where the media industry is heading, Ansin said. “We’re in a business that’s changing rapidly and she has the capacity to recognize change and adapt to change,†he said.
