CBS Ditches 3 Local Stations
CBS has agreed to sell 3 TV stations in West Palm Beach. Those are WTVX-34, WTCN and WWHB sold to Cereberus Capital Management LP, a private investment firm. CBS4 and MY33 (WBFS) are still owned and operated by CBS. CBS bought WTCN and WWHB in 2004 hoping to expand into the local TV business more by going north to Palm Beach county.
