WFOR – CBS4 Rockades and changes
Updated set, new graphics, new anchor line up starts as of this coming Monday (Jan 28). Elliot Rodriguez and Maggie Rodriguez will anchor the 5pm and 11pm newscasts. The 5pm and 5:30pm newscast blocks have been merged into an hour long broadcast
Rob Hanrahan has been moved from main anchor to the Noon and 6pm newscasts with Joy Purdy.
And this might just be the begining, I guess Tom Doerr hasn’t wasted any time

Trying to make sense of the move. Any suggestions? I thought the station would prefer having its main anchors at 6 when more people watch.

Traditionally Jamboi that would be the case. In this case however, their greatest chance for an audience comes out of the Oprah Winfrey Show.
