That was actually the Boogie Woogie Man Jimmy Valiant. As the reported mentioned right before he came and kissed her.
Valiant was a wrestling superstar in the Carolinas during the 60′s, 70′s & 80′s in various promotion.
Not the first time he kisses somebody like that. He’s been doing it for years. Look at him suck face with announcer Tony Schiavone on World Championship Wrestling from April 4, 1985
