Some of you thought Richard Lemus isn’t leaving WSVN because you suddenly saw him again anchoring Today in Florida. That happened because he had a little time off recently during which Alexis Rivera filled in for him so viewers can get used to her. An internal memo was sent at WSVN announcing that reporter Alexis Rivera is being promoted to Today in Florida anchor, replacing Richard Lemus who appears to be leaving the station and taking a much-needed break.
