Victor Blackwell joined WPBF on July 22nd as the station’s new lead co-anchor of the weekday evening newscasts alongside Tiffany Kenney. Blackwell comes to WPBF from WTLV/WJXX, the NBC/ABC duopoly in Jacksonville, where he anchored the weekend morning and evening newscasts and reported during the week.
